$50 will be direct-deducted from your Co-op for each box ordered. Charges include cost to ship the Recovery box, the pre-paid shipping label to return up to 35lbs of qualifying trade-in equipment, and reporting return data to Motorola. *Unused pre-paid return boxes you have received cannot be returned for refund. Please only order as many boxes as you need - orders for additional boxes can be placed at any time, and there is no minimum order quantity.
Channel Partners receive eligible Trade-In equipment from the field and enter Trade-In claims at motorolasolutionspromos.com. Eligible Trade-In equipment gets placed into the Recovery box along with the Trade-In confirmation email from motorolasolutionspromos.com.
Arrange products as neatly as you like in the Recovery box, but the weight of each Recovery box should be no more than 35lbs. Overweight boxes up to 70lbs will still ship, and additional costs will be deducted from your Co-Op according to the charges listed here: http://motorolarecovery.com/overweightshippingcosts
When the Recovery box is full or has reached 35lbs, simply gather and close the plastic bag, use the supplied zip-tie to secure the bag and then close and tape the box.
Call 1.800.PICK.UPS for pick up. If you are already a UPS customer you may include the Recovery box with your normal pick up and no additional phone call is necessary.
Your Recovery box ships to our warehouse in Addison, IL where it is scanned to identify origin and weight. The contents are unpacked, sorted, logged and reported to Motorola. Contents are cross referenced with data reported by the Channel Partner at motorolasolutionspromos.com. Batteries are recycled and equipment is held, shipped to Motorola or recycled.
